How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Unable to host our traditional Thanksgiving Brunch due to COVID-related limitation, we put extra energy into revamping our marketing for the Thanksgiving To-Go option.

The Culinary department prepared a Thanksgiving feast and the Communications department held a photo shoot to advertise the offerings to members.

“Thanksgiving at Home” was shared with members in emails and through the website. Those who ordered even received a special recipe book with their to-go feast.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Since we've implemented this idea, members have responded! Our to-go sales increased in 2020, and again in 2021, even with an in-person option as well.
