Accountability Pods

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The intent of the Accountability POD was to facilitate increased communication and understanding between departments, with an emphasis on assisting each other in meeting deadlines, staying productive and being efficient.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Each group consisted of three Department Heads who met on a monthly basis. The pods provided a forum to challenge each other, and push peers to increase individual productivity and deliver on self established goals. It also was a relationship building tool as the pods met for a full year, increasing knowledge about each other’s operations, responsibilities, and challenges. The meetings weren’t intended to be long – just long enough to accomplish the set objectives and communicate accomplishments.
