How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Interns are paired with Managers to accelerate their personal and professional growth within our Organization and the Industry as a whole. We are eager and excited to grow with these rising future leaders, and help them work towards their personal and professional goals, while having a clear line of support through this mentorship program.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This has been received well by the employees. Offering a solid plan for mentoring these individuals has been received great by the Leadership team and the Interns. Giving them an area to grow and learn, a specific space where they can slow down, ask hard questions and challenge themselves to be better.
