How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Women’s Collective will be a support group for female professionals at any stage in their career to help them grow and develop into their best selves. We are asking a few BOG Members to support the initiative, who are very excited to see this come to life.

The ANCC Women's Collective will help individuals, but also the overall morel of the club. Increasing retention rates, empowering employees and taking the team from employees to leaders!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

So far, the members' response has been positive. Creating an endeavor to support employees growth in their careers and learn how to better navigate the work-life-balance is welcomed!
