And the Winner Is...

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

These two simple tools were created to encourage our team to embrace the principles of yespitality (our cultural focus). The friendly competition surrounding the Golden Pineapple and the daily recognition provided by Snowmass Stash not only help us keep our mission, vision, values, and service standards at the forefront of our minds but also contribute to fostering a work environment that celebrates success and attracts individuals who want to be part of our team.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Implementation was straightforward. Both items were easily customizable and available for online purchase. To award the Gold Pineapple, the responsibility falls on management to bring outstanding stories to the weekly meeting for the team to vote on. The winning team earns the privilege of displaying the trophy, which is often pointed out by Club members.

To administer the Snowmass Stash program, a predefined budget is allocated for the year, and coins are distributed monthly to departments/managers based on the number of employees in each department. However, there is no constraint on where managers can allocate these coins. Additionally, the program is introduced during every new employee orientation, ensuring that all staff members are familiar with the recognition program's mechanics from day one, facilitating immediate engagement and enthusiasm.
