The use of this application has enhanced club operations through providing an open channel of communication between staff members and their managers. Use of this application has been effectual in streamlining set-up changes and staff schedule changes,thereby enhancing overall operations.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
AR Life employee app was introduced to existing staff some months ago and is downloaded to all new employees' phone at the time of their orientation. The app provides a channel of communication between staff members, as well as between staff and their managers. Push notifications are sent for real time changes and event updates. Additionally, staff members may obtain information about Human Resources, Health & Wellness Tips and job openings through the app. Employee event photos are also posted to the apps for all staff members to enjoy. While club members have no direct contact with the app, the operational efficiencies provide a better member experience.
