Associate Roundtable Discussions enhance Club operations by creating a structured, consistent channel for frontline feedback to reach leadership. By gathering insight directly from associates across all departments, leadership gains a clearer understanding of operational needs, challenges, and opportunities, supporting more informed decision-making. This approach strengthens transparency, trust, and alignment while reinforcing a people-first culture.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The program was implemented as a monthly, hour-long discussion with a randomly selected associate from each department, led by General Manager Ken Kosak and Director of Human Resources Luisa Forney. The small-group format encourages open, honest conversation and ensures every participant has the opportunity to be heard.
Associate response has been highly positive. Participants value having direct access to leadership and a safe space to share feedback and ask questions. The discussions have increased engagement, strengthened trust, and provided leadership with actionable insights that support staff development and continuous improvement across the Club.
