The dedicated all-staff training internal audit enhanced the Club’s operation by reframing the audit process as a tool for education, alignment, and continuous improvement rather than compliance alone. By focusing on people, processes, and culture, the audit created a shared understanding of service standards, operational expectations, and accountability across all departments.

This approach strengthened consistency in service delivery, clarified expectations at every level of the organization, and reinforced a culture of learning and ownership.
