How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Balanced Scorecard for club leaders has given us the ability to measure our successes based on our goals and objectives, financial performance, member satisfaction and employee development. The scorecard is used to drive future development and bonus potential. Benefits:

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The idea was implemented by creating the scorecard using the tools and metrics we have available to us. Board members appreciate the due diligence performed by management to hold our employees accountable and reward them appropriately.
