How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

What's better than pairing a big, bold, beautiful glass of cabernet sauvignon with a unique cut of beef? Not much in our opinion! Big Cabs and Slabs is our new take on a wine expo.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members enjoyed an opportunity to nibble and nosh their way through our Big Cabs and Slabs event. We featured our favorite Cabernets from all over the world paired with only the best meat selections from our Executive Chef Bruno Massuger! Members loved the idea of pairing some of our best cabs with our best meat selections! Truly an epicurean delight. #proudtobeencc
