Business Center Reservation System
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
With many workplaces continuing remote work, the Detroit Athletic Club implemented an online scheduling system for our Business Center. This has created more order and reliability for members using this area to work.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Custom developed scheduling platform for members to reserve either one of the two Phone Booths or Conference Room, up to 24-hours in advance, through the DAC website, the DAC app, or through the concierge. Additionally, with multiple reader boards installed throughout the Business Center, members can quickly view availability and plan accordingly.
Members are extremely satisfied with the ease of creating reservations, through the DAC website, app, and concierge. Nearly 500 online reservations have been created across the Phone Booths and Conference Room, since being launched in September 2022.
