CCV with You: Adding Membership Value During Club Closure

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

During the first complete closure in Club history, we shifted to biweekly digital communications with a specific focus: meeting members where they are.

To do this, we created a sense of community by focusing on four key areas that have always been important in life, but were more important than ever and usually are fulfilled at the Club.

The key areas were:

  • At the Table
  • Staying Strong
  • Finding Calm
  • Fun with Family

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

To provide creative content in our digital communications in the four key areas, we were sure to include offerings like Zoom classes, member contests, daily workout videos, themed activities, and staff spotlights.

We received consistent positive feedback and incredible read rates from members, who were pleased by the creative entertainment and appreciated the connection to their club during an uncertain time.
