How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

A select group of teammates embodying our core values and delivering exceptional service can earn the Certified Trainer status. These CTs train new teammates, earning extra compensation for their efforts and often cross-train to broaden opportunities to impact others. These trainers pass rigorous examinations to earn this title and are considered to be the textbook CCC server.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

It was implemented by our F&B Management team and has enhanced our training and onboarding process! Team members feel better when they are tasked to be on their own!
