Character Night in Kids’ Corner

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Character Night brought more young members to Kids’ Corner than would have ordinarily come, as well as some first time visitors. Members hosted guest families for the night, and mid-week traffic at the club increased.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Character night took place on Wednesday’s from 5:30-7. Its start was timed with the opening of our restaurants to encourage families to dine and it didn’t run too long to avoid being too late for little ones on a weeknight. Members expressed excitement about the program and some made standing reservations to ensure a spot each week.
