How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Charity Trust has really given our community outreach work a strong, consolidated voice... staff really feel that the club and it's members support them, members are incredibly proud of the work being done and the staff genuinely show their appreciation to members. Overall, it has just created so much goodwill amongst our entire community and given so many people hope for a better future.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

There have been two prongs of implementation ... Fundraising that is often related to fun exciting events and then the Operations centered on building an Education Centre  and creating the programs that support the objectives of education, wellness and sports development.
