Chef's Collaboration Dinner

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our Executive Chef joined forces with a local area Chef in town to collaborate and create a unique dining experience to our membership.

They got together and planned a 6 course dinner together and then separated the courses evenly for each of them to manage 3 courses each.

The guest Chef is a James Beard Award finalist and owner of a local restaurant. It was a fun evening for the chefs who are friends and our members who got to experience two very talented Chefs come together to create a wonderful meal.

Along with that, staff was able to see different takes on menu creation and our beverage team had a fun time pairing beverages with each unique course.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Being an exclusive event, it immediately sold out and had a wait list. This was a dining experience that could not be recreated anywhere in Milwaukee which made it very special to the members and employees working that day.

Our members raved about the food, set up, service and experience.
