How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We want to be inclusive for all members and all cultures. We are striving to improve our D&I so we are starting with celebrating as many traditions and cultural events as possible. Members of all backgrounds were exposed to an evening of traditional Chinese New Year fun and food! This was the first time we ever celebrated the Lunar New Year, and it sold out!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We engaged a company that provided the traditional Chinese lion dancers. Members were greeted with drums, dancing, lychee martinis and smiling faces! We can't wait for our now annual Chinese New Year celebration!
