City Series - Themed Dining

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Every fall as our season begins to wind down and our weekly dining membership becomes many of the members that live locally full time, we as a team work to innovate and recreate our restaurant weekly. This keeps our menu and atmosphere fresh and exciting for the members that join us during this time.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This is our 5th year doing themed dining weekends throughout the fall. Year after year we have been able to keep members engaged and excited. We sell out each night week after week and have even adapted a format in the summer to have a weekly pop up Monday with different themes as now the members ask for it.
