How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
PCC hosts an annual Clambake in August. Fresh clams are cooked table side and served with family styled sides! There is a duo playing live music, which the Members enjoy the view off of the Terrace.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The members love this event in the summer and look forward to it each year. The Chef worked with our Special Events Committee to decide the details and menu for the event. The members really enjoy the Chef out on the Terrace cooking their food on open grills in front of them.
