Clase Azul Paired Dinner

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our club is a tequila first club. We wanted to do a high end tequila paired dinner. Clase Azul does a few a year and we were lucky enough to get them. This allowed a non wine drinking member to come and enjoy a food paired experience. Having such a high end tequila company coming out was a big buzz at the club.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We scheduled this to start right before sun set. We put it on our driving range for optimal views and atmosphere. Clase was very particular about set up and food. We made sure that the culinary department was able to pair to each specific tequila they brought to a great traditional Mexican dish. Clase also provide our members with hand made and painted chocolates as a gift. Members that went talked about this dinner for months and ones that did not are waiting for us to have it again.
