Idea Fair
Club Communications
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Internal communication requests were scattered across emails, texts, meetings, and hallway conversations, often missing key details and clear deadlines. This created confusion, shifting priorities, and unnecessary back-and-forth for both requestors and the communications team. The solution was a centralized Internal Communications Work Order Form supported by clear SOPs. All projects, events, marketing assets, and member resources now flow through one intelligent form that adapts to the employee submitting it, triggers conditional questions, and captures everything needed upfront
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
We built and customized a dynamic digital form to replace scattered requests that previously came through emails, hallway conversations, texts, and sticky notes with one structured, centralized system. The platform funnels all submissions into an organized dashboard, giving the Communications Department instant visibility and the ability to manage projects with clarity and intention. With no more chasing down information, teams now benefit from clear timelines, cleaner handoffs, and fewer last-minute scrambles. The form itself guides users through the submission process, helping ensure requests are complete and accurate the first time. The result is better communication, stronger branding, and event information that goes out on time—because everything behind the scenes runs more smoothly.
