The Conversations with David and Ken program enhances Club operations by creating a consistent, structured forum for direct Member-to-leadership communication. By offering monthly, small-group discussions, the Club gains real-time insight into Member needs, expectations, and opportunities for improvement. This proactive feedback loop supports more informed decision-making, strengthens transparency, and helps leadership address concerns before they escalate.

Operationally, the program reinforces trust and alignment between Members and leadership, resulting in stronger relationships, increased Member confidence in Club direction, and a more connected community. By prioritizing open dialogue, the Club ensures its strategies and initiatives remain member-driven and responsive.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The program was implemented as a monthly series led by Club President David Bauer and GM/COO Ken Kosak, with sessions intentionally limited in size to encourage meaningful participation. Members register in advance and may attend one session per cycle, ensuring broad access while maintaining an intimate, high-value experience where every voice is heard.

Member response has been overwhelmingly positive. Participants value the opportunity for open, two-way conversation and direct access to leadership in a relaxed, collaborative setting. Members consistently express appreciation for being heard and for leadership’s willingness to listen and engage.
