The Weyhill Cottages officially opened in April 2025, introducing two eight-bedroom golf cottages designed to elevate the Club’s lodging experience. The Cottages enhanced the Clubs operations by providing more lodging, A new application of an honor bar, improved overall food and beverage options for overnight guests, and overall better communication for those staying on property. The first step to this new amenity was to do beta testing, which helped navigate the start of the season.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Prior to opening, Saucon Valley Country Club conducted a Cottage Beta Testing phase as a critical step in preparing for a successful season. The Cottage donors were invited to be the first to experience the new amenity, while allowing the Club to gather real-time feedback in a live operating environment. By incorporating member feedback before opening, the Club refined operations with clarity and confidence, ensuring the Weyhill Cottages launched with a strong understanding of what matters most to members. This proactive approach established a high standard for the guest experience and set the foundation for a new lodging offering at Saucon Valley Country Club.
