How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

An evening full of festive fun!  Amazing annual opportunity for our members, their children and grandchildren to enjoy an evening of creativity and interaction with other families and visitors.  Promoting community spirit by team members assisting the children with creating crafts and enjoying the festivities.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Creative Christmas was implemented by our Member Services team.  The team marketed the event and requested members to register their visiting grandchildren so the team may have the appropriate aged crafts and holiday characters to entertain them!  The members love the event.  Those participating with their grandchildren love to show off their community to their families.  Those who may not have family visiting are able to enjoy the magic of Christmas!
