Woodfield enhanced the Club’s communications by utilizing engaging digital brochures. The brochures allow for the use of dynamic multimedia content that goes beyond what an email blast can provide.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Woodfield utilized the digital brochure platform to maintain communication and engagement with the Membership during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Weekly digital brochures, coupled with the Club’s daily email blasts, effectively brought the Club to our Members’ homes. The brochures provided content emulating the Club experience, including:
- Video tips from our golf, tennis and pickleball pros
- Cooking demonstration videos from our chef
- Story time videos from our children’s clubhouse attendants
- Fitness class videos from our instructors
The brochures were also filled with fun facts and virtual activities for children as well as pictures submitted by Members.
Woodfield also developed a digital brochure focused on recent renovations. The brochure showcased the evolution of the Club’s amenities through photographs and videos. Members thoroughly enjoyed taking a look back at the Club through the years and learning a few fun facts about the Woodfield development.
