Electronic Onboarding

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Electronic onboarding has made the process of taking a candidate to an employee seamless and easy! Hiring managers can quickly change a candidate's status in ADP Workforce Now between running events, employee relations and writing schedules. Human Resources is notified and takes the ball from there. Assigning the onboarding and walking the new hire through the process until they are hired. Then, passing them back to the hiring manager for their training and shifts.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Electronic onboarding was implemented in segments. We started with certain pieces and departments while we narrowed in on the overall process. We had to set up workflows in ADP Workforce now, adding our policies and documents.

The process overall has been welcomed by the hiring managers and the new hires. Stating it made the process simple, easy and efficient.
