Emergency Protocol – Partnering with First Responders
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
The Emergency Protocol Program at The Patterson Club is a proactive safety initiative built to protect what matters most - our people, our property, and our community. Through advanced staff training and close collaboration with local emergency services, the program ensures swift, confident, and coordinated responses when every second counts.
This program goes beyond internal readiness. Its success is grounded in strong, trusted partnerships with police, fire, and medical professionals because the most effective emergency response starts long before an emergency occurs.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
At the heart of the program is a simple belief: prepared teams save lives. Club leaders and staff are trained to act decisively, communicate clearly, and manage situations professionally until first responders arrive. At the same time, local emergency professionals are equipped with firsthand knowledge of the Club’s layout, systems, and critical access points - removing uncertainty in high pressure moments. Members appreciate this smarter approach to emergency preparedness keeping their club, families, and guests safe and secure.
