How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
We think we can safely say that no one has ever been impressed by a folder full of mismatched flyers and random forms! The ROCC Employee Benefits guide was created to present all information about Employee benefits in a nicely done, color-coordinated guide. From Health Insurance information and costs, to 401(K) enrollment, to Employee Assistance Programs, all provider contact information, as well as who to see at ROCC with benefits questions - it's all in the guide!
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The guide is produced each year around the Open Enrollment period in November. All new joining employees also receive it as a part of their orientation package.
Our employees, as well as our member-led Benefits Committee, have all been impressed and complimentary of its impact on our operation. It has helped keep information and important resources all in one place. It makes a good first impression and is an accessible, helpful resource all year long.
