Employee "Family Feud" Holiday Party

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

There is a natural tendency for team members to isolate themselves solely within their own department. As a means of creating a club-wide camaraderie and an opportunity for fun social interaction with other coworkers, MCC patterned its annual employee holiday party around a “Family Feud” theme.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Created great team chemistry and was fun to be had by all. Great way to get all involved in an evening of fun.
