Employee Pumpkin Carving and Decorating Contest

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

This is annual event where each department submits a carved or decorated pumpkin the week of Halloween. The pumpkins are on display in the club lobby and the members vote on their favorite! The pumpkins are simply identified with a number so the members do not know which department submitted which pumpkin.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This idea came from our Director of HR and 2025 was the 7th year. The members LOVE the interaction and seeing the creativity of our employees each year. This has become a staple event.
