How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Overwhelming positive feedback from team members who were inspired to submit or inspired to see the talents of their fellow teammates. Morale was increased and the winner was chosen to perform at the employee holiday party. It is a proud moment to see others around you passionate and drives culture of belonging outside of the day to day job.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our Employee Engagement Committee was tasked with finding ways to excited current team members. Understanding that our team is full of diverse backgrounds and talents. Our goal was to feature Cherokee employees with a video submission where others could vote. There were singers, dance routines, comedy, poetry, painting and more that submitted. All employees were able to vote for the winner.
