Event Autograph Book at Charlotte Country Club

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In 2025, we introduced the Event Autograph Book for our Family Events featuring interactive characters. This special keepsake allows children to collect autographs and reflect on the memorable experiences they’ve had at our events over the years. The autograph book has enhanced our overall operation by creating magical moments for our families. It also helps make each annual event feel fresh and unique, as children can look back and reminisce about the different characters they’ve met each year. It has been incredibly rewarding to see the excitement on the kids’ faces as they interact with the characters and create lasting memories with their families.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our Director of Youth Activities, Jennifer Gibson, came up with the idea after being inspired by the Disney Autograph Book. We partnered with a printing company to design a cute, custom book that includes space for each annual event for years to come. Members then could pick up the autograph book at the Family Center front desk or during Family Event check-in. Parents loved the interactive aspect for their children, as well as having a meaningful keepsake to look back on. We’ve found that our members truly appreciate the small, thoughtful touches that show we care and are always striving to go above and beyond for their families.
