This new dining venue has allowed us to be more creative in our member offerings, something our culinary team enjoys just as much as the membership. Furthermore, by adding a quick and casual lunch spot, we have reduced wait times in our other lunch venues.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This idea was implemented in 2022 as we worked on adding variety and convenience to our dining options, specifically for golfers and those looking for a place to have a casual lunch. The Fork in the Road Food Trailer, now located at our East Course Starter Building, gives members the option to enjoy a casual outdoor lunch under the shade or grab a quick bite before a round of golf. It is also available for members to reserve for private events. Members have enjoyed the new option and return daily to see what new menu items have been added.
