How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

These nights allow us to have our golf staff interact with members in a more relaxed setting. We wanted to have a fun activity from that 8pm to 10pm time slot. Members are done with dinner but not ready to go home. The liquor and wine sales increased with the member not just participating but also in the ones staying to enjoy the atmosphere.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We picked days/nights with optimal weather and a weekend without a tournament or major event. The club promotes this in our weekly email and we send a push notification to the app day of. Members love this night. We see families, couples, and singles all come out and enjoy. With it being more relaxed you will see members with all different skill sets enjoying the driving and putting with no pressure.
