How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We used snaps to replace failing Velcro that is used to hold the golf bag rain cover in the up position on golf carts.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Purchasing new bag covers would cost $400 each (a total of approximately $56,000 to replace all the golf cart covers). The cost to repair the golf carts for all three of our courses was $115 (only 82¢ per cart).
