How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

To retain and reward employees and bring out their full potential, we created a four-part, 26-week class employee enrichment, and leadership program. Over 60% of all who graduate from the program are still employed with Greystone five years later.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We designed a curriculum, met weekly for lectures, and completed hands-on activities or projects. Guest speakers and member panels are also part of the syllabus. The staff love the class; many graduate with honors and invite family and friends to their graduation ceremony.
