High 5 Program

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The High 5 Program, our new Employee Recognition Program, gives employees a clear, simple way to recognize coworkers for demonstrating the Club’s core values in their daily work. By making recognition easy to submit—either online or through QR codes placed in staff areas—the program helps reinforce these values and service standards across departments. Notifications sent to both the employee and their manager support consistency and alignment without adding extra process.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We created a digital submission form for peer-to-peer employee recognition supported by QR codes throughout staff spaces. Employees use the High 5 Program regularly to recognize fellow employees, and managers receive notifications when their team members are given a high five. Staff response has been positive, with the program contributing to stronger awareness of the Club’s core values and more consistent recognition of behaviors that support teamwork and service quality.
