High School Senior Video

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our high school senior employees were unfortunately greatly impacted by the ongoing pandemic. They lost their senior prom, their last year of sports, their first important graduation, and simply their last year with their friends being kids. We wanted to do something to show our appreciation and to show them that they were not forgotten. Our team reached out to each of our employee seniors and asked them to provide activities that they were involved in, what their next chapter was, and a picture of them doing something they love.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We put together a tribute video with each senior receiving their own slide. The video was then posted to our social media outlets. The positive response from our membership and their fellow staff toward our seniors was amazing. Our seniors and their families were also deeply appreciative of the video tribute. This special staff appreciation project will now be an annual tradition at Salisbury.
