The camp generated positive word-of-mouth among members, leading to increased participation and interest, which supports long-term membership growth. Our past Thanksgiving camp had a waitlist, and members are already asking to sign up for the next camp.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This idea was implemented through our Club Training and Service Camp Director, Irene Klimantiris, and received an overwhelmingly positive response from our club members. Members enthusiastically shared their experiences with others throughout the country club, leading to increased interest from junior members eager to join. Numerous emails were sent to our General Manager and Board praising the outstanding quality of the camp, with many noting that it surpassed all other camps on the island.
