How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our F&B team was looking for a way to showcase our staff's diversity and give them an opportunity show the pride they feel for their home countries.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our F&B team met with our staff and discussed what dishes from their home countries meant the most to them. With that information, we executed a 10 table buffet with an entree and dessert from each of their respective countries. Our membership was ecstatic to have this experience and have the chance to try all of the different dishes from around the world that they may have never otherwise.
