How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Learning how to manage and orchestrate an event under Covid State Restrictions was quite difficult. However our team learned how to manage, construct, implement new safety standards, cleaning procedures and helped our members be able to enjoy their club again. We have been able to host multiple events since this event and keep everyone including staff and members safe and healthy.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The idea arose because we had just harvested our own honey and we wanted to showcase how delicious it was. With Covid Regulations we were trying to work around and come up with ways that our members could experience a fine dining setting while keeping everyone safe. We hosted 40 members, all couples, seated at their on individual tables. It was the highlight of our year, at that point, and it boosted everyone's trust in the Club to be able to host something so spectaular under such strict regulations.
