Houston Area Country Club League

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Houston Area Country Club swim team league has taken the swim team Club community to a whole new level by coming together as one and building a successful, fun, and interactive USA swim team. We have partnered with three other Country Clubs, and more to be added in the years to come to create this Year-Round competitive swim team to compete at USA Meets.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The teams come together each month for an entire team practice to build confidence, strength, agility, and most of all team camaraderie. We compete in the USA meets once per month for the months of October through February. The members of all Clubs love this and we all can’t wait to add additional Clubs in the next couple of years.
