How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Implementation of this plan involves: working in close quarters with your staff, many meetings and conversations centered around effective and clear communication, daily slang word searches, and side eyes. Members' reactions to a younger assistant have been met with joy and occasional interrogation as a means to understand their own Gen Z family.
