How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

When we renovated our clubhouse, we planned to have a dual purpose in our conference and also use it for a podcast studio. Our podcast differs from most clubs in that though we do focus on club happenings, we also include industry professionals, other neighboring GMs, vendors and various employees. The intent of the podcast is to focus on Countryside but also provide information to members (at our club and others) a "peak behind" the curtain of our industry...

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our communication at the club is top notch, with professionally produced videos, social media etc - this is another form that we rolled out and our members have engaged enthusiastically. This is just another way to keep them thinking about Countryside no matter where they are.
