This hands-on cooking class enhances the Club’s culinary program by transforming Members from observers into active participants. By providing individual cooking stations and start-to-finish preparation, the program deepens Member engagement, elevates appreciation for the Club’s culinary expertise, and strengthens the connection between Members and the back-of-house team. The format differentiates the Club’s offering from traditional demonstrations while reinforcing culinary education as part of the overall Member experience.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
The class was implemented as a fully interactive experience where Members select their own ingredients, follow printed recipes, and receive real-time guidance from the Club’s chefs. The two-way format encourages questions, conversation, and hands-on learning throughout the session.
