How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Building on the success of their outdoor herb garden, the culinary team at Cosmos Club, led by Executive Chef Will Rogers, sought to create an indoor garden that could be productive throughout the year. The team diligently researched the most suitable products and scouted for a prominent indoor spot where members could witness the garden's progress.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Inaugurated in 2023, the Cosmos Club's culinary team now utilizes Gardyn, an AI-driven hydroponic system, to cultivate a variety of herbs, vegetables, and edible flowers year-round. These are featured in the restaurant's menu and at member events. Collaborating with Gardyn and Johnny Selected Seeds, a leading provider of natural, non-GMO seeds, the chefs have integrated this indoor garden with their outdoor rooftop garden during the growing season. Members have greatly enjoyed observing the journey of these ingredients from growth to table.
