How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

With hosting interns in multiple different departments and from all over the country, we created a fun way to bring them together and share our beautiful City! This was a great way for them to build relationships with other interns at our Club that they do not work with often. It was also a great opportunity to explore some cool spots in Charlotte!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist, Alyssa Goodwin, reached out to all department heads to gather all the interns. She also created the scavenger hunt that they had to complete. Each intern enjoyed the experience as most had never been to Charlotte nor have they had the chance to meet one another!
