How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We created this program to foster the growth of our staff within the hospitality industry. Not only will staff learn management practices and operations of the Club world, but they will also learn important leadership skills that will help them succeed in any profession.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Executive Team came up with curriculum and application criteria. Program was introduced at All Staff Meeting. Staff were excited to hear about this program and 7 applied.
