Our annual Letter From Santa program brings holiday magic directly into our members’ homes while offering convenience during the busy holiday season. Families may submit personalized information about their children—such as favorite activities, special achievements, and behaviors to improve—through a simple form. Our Youth Department then crafts individual hand-written letters from Santa Claus, delivering joy and delight beyond our Clubhouse walls, to each child’s mailbox.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The program is implemented through an online form where parents provide details about their children that make each letter truly unique. Members appreciate the ease and convenience of the program, and children are delighted to receive a truly special letter from Santa, making it a cherished annual tradition for all.
