How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Little Jumpers Athletic Training is a conditioning program that takes core elements of basketball sports performance and incorporates them into a more generalized program appropriate for any sport that utilizes jumping. Our Little Jumpers program is designed to improve the participant's speed, agility, quickness, strength, and overall athletic performance using the Linear Periodization sports performance model.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
Utilizing low traffic areas around the Clubhouse and Athletic Facilities, the Little Jumpers program has been seamlessly integrated into our fitness center offerings. Our members love this program because it provides an afterschool activity that allows their children to spend time outside, grow their bodies and minds, and stay active during the pandemic. The Little Jumpers program has been extremely popular, and the next sessions are already full!
